So, you’re thinking about trying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but you’re not really sure what it involves or where to start. This is why Athlas Training Team Fort Lauderdale offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals classes, designed specifically with beginners in mind.
While many children this summer will spend their time playing video games, playing on their tablet or other sedentary activities, we at ATTFTL encourage you to give your child a unique experience with our Fort Lauderdale summer camp. We want to stress that this is not like other summer camps that are going to simply babysit your children. From 8 am to 2 pm, Monday – Friday your child will have the chance to build social skills, learn self-defense, improve their self-confidence and most of all, have fun! Athlas Training Team Fort Lauderdale’s very own Jorge Fernandes won his debut Fight 2 Win match against up-and-comer Sydney Katz earlier this month. Although the night’s matches comprised mainly of more experienced fighters, the match between these two young men was called “one of the most exciting fights of the night” by the match’s commentator.
