Our After School Little Champs and Future Champs programs are a great opportunity for parents who want the best for their family! At ATTFTL, your child gets lots of encouragement and training for leading a disciplined, active lifestyle in a safe and caring environment. We offer 7.000 sq feet Mixed Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Cardio Kick Boxing and Fitness for the whole family.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Do you allow visitors?
A: Yes, visitors are welcome to come and train with us at any time. A photo ID will be required to participate in classes.

Q: Do you offer free trial classes?
A: Our trial class costs $29.99, and you receive an academy T-shirt, which is required to wear for any class at our school.

Q: Do I need to make reservations to attend classes?
A: No, you do not need to make reservations, however we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you can fill out a waiver and purchase your visitors pass. Please make sure to bring your photo ID. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. CLICK HERE to fill out our online waiver.

Q: Do you rent GI’s?
A: Yes we offer

Q: Do you allow pictures or filming?
A: Yes, we allow media

Q: Do you have showers and locker rooms?
A: Yes, we have showers and locker rooms. You will need to bring your own towel

Q: Do you allow kids and minors to train?
A: Yes, we allow kids and minors to train in our Athlas Training Team Kids & Youth Program. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and a photo ID will be required. 

Q: What classes can I attend?
A: Class requirements depend on your current belt rank or years/months of training. To see the requirements for each class, please view our schedule.

Q: What is the cost for visitors to train?
A: We have Day Passes, 2 Week Passes, and Monthly Passes available for visiting students. You can VIEW OUR PRICING ONLINE HERE. 

Q: If I attend a GI class, do I need to wear a GI?
A: Yes

Q: Do you offer private lessons?
A: Yes, we do offer private lessons and you can call for more information on available instructors and prices is online monty for only one class you can call at 954-638-060

Q: Do you have any GI or NOGI restrictions?
A: Yes, in Gi classes, you can use your own Gi, but it cannot have a patch from another school. If you are a student, it is necessary to use the Athlas Gi. In No-Gi classes, you should wear shorts without zippers or pockets, and a rash guard from the academy or an Athlas T-shirt is required.

Q: Do you sell merchandise at the Academy?
A: Yes, we sell merchandise at the academy and the same products are also available at ajsportsgear.com

Q: Do you have any gym rules or etiquette that I should be aware of?
A: Yes, we have gym etiquette signs up in the Academy that we recommend you read through while you are visiting us.here

Q: Can I take MMA classes if I have no experience?
A: MMA classes are designed for individuals who have been training for at least three months in various disciplines, including Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing. If you’re unsure whether you’re ready to start, the instructors at the school can assess your current skills and advise you accordingly.
