We’ve been receiving a lot of calls from parents who would like to enroll their children in a martial arts program, but they do not know the differences between the types of martial arts. Hi, my name is Ana Fernandes. My husband, Junior, is the owner and main instructor at Athlas Training Team Ft. Lauderdale. I’ve been working in martial arts academies for 12 years. Summer is upon us. How long should “summer break” be for your kids jiu jitsu practice?
During the summer, most families take a lot of trips. Our kids are out of school, their schedules change and, as a result, so do ours. If your child is enrolled in jiu jitsu classes (or some other sport), you may be considering taking time off to give him or her (or yourself) a break.
