ATTFTL Family: Join us as we celebrate our 12th anniversary!

Athlas Training Team Fort Lauderdale will be celebrating an amazing 12 years in buisness and you’re invited! On May 19th, 2018 we will be throwing an outdoor Brazilian-style BBQ at Dania Beach John U. Lloyd State Park. Activities will run from 10:00 am until 4:00pm. Brazilians are extremly family oriented individuals and we enjoy bringing pieces of our culture to our gym family. Every single one of our students is considered a part of our family. Today we will talk a little bit about how sports, especially Jiu-jitsu can help your kids on their daily routine and why regular sports practice is the reason of school development improvement. An Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine study screened 12,000 6 to 18-year-old children and concluded that physical activity contributes to cognition, increasing the blood supply and oxygen to the brain, decreasing stress and improving concentration and humor.  (more…)
