Muay Thai & Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing — High-Intensity, No Sparring
If you want a dynamic workout without getting hit, Cardio Kickboxing is your answer. These classes combine martial arts techniques with strength and conditioning drills. We offer five sessions per week, open to all levels.

Wrestling & MMA
