How much do classes cost and what are the pricing options? While prices can vary depending on multiple factors, let’s first discuss what we have to offer.

• Facility:
  • Our gym is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale and has been in operation for over 15 years! With over 7,000 square feet of space including 2 mats for martial arts classes, a gym for fitness, boxing and kickboxing classes, complete with heavy bags, pads and workout equipment, a lounge area in the lobby, a kids lounge area complete with toys and a TV to occupy the little ones, and a pro shop for all your equipment and apparel needs.
• Classes:
  • We offer a variety of classes for all ages and experience levels at times that can fit almost any schedule. We offer a total of 40 classes a week for adults for first day beginners to advanced practitioners. These include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing and Fitness classes. We offer classes in the morning, afternoon and evening to help fit your busy schedule. For kids we offer a total of 18 classes a week for ages 3 and up, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
• Instructors:
  • Athlas Training Team Fort Lauderdale has had the same group of instructors for many years, so they’re not just experienced in martial arts, but in teaching as well. Our instructors have been involved in martial arts for most of their lives and our teaching staff includes multiple world champions, Pan American champions and MMA champions. Our staff is all CPR certified and heavily invested in the training and teaching of their respective disciplines.
