Summer is here and many parents are looking for activities to put their kids in that involve physical exercise and camaraderie. Our martial arts summer camp is a great alternative to your kids staying inside and playing video games or watching Netflix. We pride ourselves on combining fun and games along with plenty of physical exercise, activities, and learning, all in a safe, clean, supervised environment. Your kids will work out and learn valuable martial arts skills under the supervision of our experienced instructors.

Fort Lauderdale Summer camp
In addition to plenty of physical exercises, they will also participate in other fun activities like arts and crafts, movies, and games. This will help them bond and build strong friendships. Snacks are also provided, they will just need to bring lunch.
Some of the martial arts they will learn to include grappling arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Wrestling and Judo as well as striking martial arts like Muay Thai kickboxing. The type of techniques they will learn and the type of training they will participate in will vary depending on their age and experience level. We will have something for everyone from kids who have never trained min atrial arts before to experienced competitors who are preparing for upcoming tournaments like the IBJJF Pan Kids.

Summer Camp Fun
Athlas Training Team Fort Lauderdale has built a strong kids competition team that regularly competes locally as well as all over the world in some of the biggest events in the sport of Brazilian JJiu-Jitsu Just recently ATT FTL sent a group of kids competitors to Atlanta for the BJJ Atlanta Open and this week are sending competitors to compete in Brazil at the Brazilian National Championships. Other tournaments on this year’s competition schedule include events in Las Vegas, Texas ,and Orlando.
The camp will have separate curriculums for kids who have martial arts experience as well as beginners with no experience, with plenty of fun and games in between.
