Professor José Duarte – Black Belt at ATHLAS Training Team
José Duarte began his Jiu-Jitsu journey at the age of 14 and, at 28, has achieved the rank of black belt and serves as a dedicated instructor at ATHLAS Training Team. Holding a degree in Physical Education and with experience in the Brazilian Army, he blends technical expertise, discipline, and real-world experience to guide athletes and practitioners of all levels to reach their full potential.
